Our conference facility is ideal for seminars and workshops for between 5 and 150 delegates. The restaurant supplies teas, meals or cocktails according to the group’s needs.

If you’re forced to mix business with pleasure on your Garden Route holiday, take heart, Far Hills has excellent conference facilities.

The equipment that the delegates can make use of is an overhead projector and screen, white board, TV and VCR. The conference rooms can hold 60 delegates when in cinema style, 40 in schoolroom shape and 30 in a U-shape. Our banquet hall seats up to 150 people and is ideal for large functions.

The boardroom at Far Hills Country Hotel has stylish new furnishings. Delegates can make use of the equipment, which consists of an overhead projector and screen, flip chart, white board, TV and VCR. The boardroom has a capacity for 6 delegates in boardroom style.

Our banquet hall seats up to 150 people and is ideal for large functions and has stylish furnishings as well as a fireplace. Guests can make use of the equipment, which consists of an overhead projector and screen, flip chart, white board, TV and VCR. The Function room has a capacity for 250 guests when in cinema, 150 in schoolroom and 80 in U-shape. Wedding style we can accommodate functions for up to 150 guests.

  • A 50% deposit is payable when making a reservation. All outstanding payments to be settled on or before arrival.
  • Bookings will only be confirmed by completing and signing this conference confirmation form.
  • Rates are non-commissioned and prices quoted are valid for 60 days.
  • Number of delegates and meals to be confirmed 5 days prior to the event.

Payment procedures

To confirm and secure your booking 50% deposit is payable immediately.

All outstanding payments to be settled on departure or on receipt of final invoice

A cancellation / postponement fee will be charged in the event of cancellation of conference as follows:

25% for notice less than 30 days

50% for notice less than 14 days

75% for notice less than 5 days

100% for notice less than 3 days
